About Site at Work

Built by a small-business owner who understands what happens after “contact us.”

Site at Work was created by Michael Costantino, a small-business owner who operates companies in event design, fabrication, signage, and specialty products.

The need came before the service.

Michael has been building websites for close to 30 years, first as a practical way to solve problems inside his own companies. Those businesses needed more than attractive pages. They needed better inquiries, organized files, clearer approvals, useful customer experiences, and systems that reduced repetitive work.

That firsthand experience shapes every Site at Work project. We understand that a website has to earn trust, bring in the right opportunities, support the people doing the work, and remain manageable after launch.

The working philosophy

Research deeply. Design originally. Support what happens next.

Site at Work combines a repeatable production system with business-specific research, strategy, copy, design, workflow decisions, testing, ownership, and support. The invisible process is reusable. The visible business identity and customer experience are not.

See how the work moves
01

Understand before designing

Research and a custom questionnaire come before final strategy, claims, and visual production.

02

Make the cool design communicate

The work should look memorable and professional while helping a real visitor understand the business quickly.

03

Build for ownership and continuity

Domains, accounts, data, releases, backups, and recovery should remain clear and manageable after launch.
